We will use your personal data to allow us to process your registration and we will use the contact details you provide to communicate with you about the event, so that we can fulfil our contract as the event provider. We will also use your contact details to ask you for feedback about the event because it is in our legitimate interest to measure satisfaction as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
Events may be photographed or recorded because it is our legitimate interest to do so, and images may be kept for up to ten years. If you do not wish to be included you can object by emailing the event organiser.
Events may be recorded and session recordings may be published online. Any information that you provide during a session is optional and in doing so you give us consent to process this information. Recordings will be stored by the University of Edinburgh for two years and may be published on our website during that time.
For 'live event' recorded video content, such as session recordings during open days and online events, we will record where it is used / published and hold it for up to two years.
If you have given your consent to receive further information about future events, we will keep relevant contact and preference data for up to two years. You may opt out of this at any time.

AGE VERIFICATION
All of our event age limits are in line with the legal drinking age of the country in which the event is held.Please be aware this does change from location to location. Most events are either 18+ or 21+ depending on location and the majority of venues that we work with operate a ‘Check 25’ policy.If you look under 25 please ensure you bring ID with you to gain entry.The door staff/bar staff will only accept a valid Passport Drivers License or national residents ID.The venue reserves the right to refuse anyone entry without proof of ID.

Tickets bought through any other third party will be subject to the cancellation policy imposed by that company.
REFUNDS – REFUSED ENTRY
Where prepaid tickets are purchased or table deposits are paid the venue and event management retain all rights and entry is not guaranteed but will not unfairly be withheld.Tickets will NOT be refunded if you are refused entry for one of the following reasons:You are deemed to be too intoxicated.You appear to be under the influence of drugs.You don’t have valid ID proving you are of age for the event. (See above). In the instance of entry being refused for one of the above reasons the decision of the door staff is final.
LAST ENTRY
Due to the diverse nature of our events and wide range of venues we work with last entry policies vary from event to event.(Last Entry is dependant on the event, this will be on the ticket However, these will always be listed within the event specific terms and conditions.If you are ever unsure of these please contact noirevents666@gmail.com Please be aware that due to the demand for our events there may be queues. Once the venue reaches legal capacity we will operate a one in one out policy. At this point any queue-jump privileges attached to your tickets will be void.
VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Noir Events reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Noir Events, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Noir Events may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Noir Event including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject. A person attending a Noir Events event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers, and/or contact Noir Events at noirevents666@gmail.com in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Noir Events will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.By participating in a Noir Events event or by failing to notify Noir Events ,in writing, of your desire to not have your photograph used by Noir Events ,you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Noir Events from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.Any person or organisation not affiliated with Noir Events may not use, copy, alter or modify Noir Events photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee from Noir Events.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Registration
All vendors must submit registration form to be considered for the market. Please don’t submit a registration form if your unable to attend the market.
Only submit one registration form per market as submitting more than one just slows down the process, all submissions will have an email confirmation that we have received them, this does not mean you have been selected to trade.
If no social media tags, website info or pictures of the items you sell are attached to your form, the application will be rejected.

6ft Table - £68 (Basic, no rail space)

12ft - £136 (2 x 6ft tables or 1 6ft table & up to 6ft Rail)
If you are bringing a rail the middle option is your minimum requirement.
If you book for a 6ft table only, you will not be allowed to display a rail.
We supply the table, these will be 6ft x 2.5ft plastic trestle tables.
We will supply one chair per vendor, if you require an extra chair, these will be charged at £3 per chair.

Social media
posting is encouraged however please be mindful of the effort we put into our brand and art work, do not make up posters that haven't been approved by us. if unsure check with us before posting.
We'll promote all traders and the event on all our pages (Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok) We expect traders to promote and share the event via their own socials and support other traders posts.
Please don't spam our pages with daily tagging this can cause or pages to be taken down, also this takes away from other traders.
paid advertising will start 1 month before the event.
Free giveaways - can these either not be done or given along with a purchase. this is to stop customers coming along just for free stuff and could effect other traders business.
Selection Process
Noir Night Market is a curated market.
Trading is by invite only.
We carefully go through all the applications submitted before we send out an email with an invite to trade, these will have a booking form that must be filled out along with payment being sent.
Each email will have a deadline to respond to if we haven’t had a response by this date the spot will go to someone else.
We do not offer table sharing, unless approved before payment.
The venue doesn't have wifi, so make sure you have a connection for card machines
if you've not had a email inviting you to trade, you'll be automatically added to the waiting list.
